On October 7th, 2024, SEBSA publically announced the acquisition of CONIFS Global. With this acquisition, the company expects to grow exponentially and enhance its position as a leading IT service provider in the global market.
"CONIFS has penetrated and established their presence in the Denmark region. SEBSA has also started delivering IFS Services in the Denmark region, and we expect to utilise Confis' influence to reach and serve more clients in the region", stated Muthuraja Nanayakkara, CEO of SEBSA. "SEBSA and CONIFS provide many similar services, mainly IFS ERP services. Our similarities will help this acquisition to progress smoothly."
Following the acquisition, the combined workforce of both companies has increased to 125 employees. This growth in workforce capacity enables the company to pursue and attract a greater number of global projects with complex requirements.

With this acquisition, SEBSA becomes the largest IFS partner in Sri Lanka. The company expects to conclude the acquisition within 3 to 4 months.
