SEBSA (Pvt) Ltd (“SEBSA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website (the “Site”) to share information about our products and services, publish news and blog content, list career opportunities, and allow visitors to get in touch with us. This Policy is issued in line with SEBSA’s Information Security & Privacy Policy, which is maintained under our information security and privacy management systems certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and ISO/IEC 27701:2019. Through these systems, SEBSA is committed to handling personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and to protecting it with appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards.
Personal Data We Collect
Contact form submissions
When you fill out and submit our Contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which includes your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or enquiry.
Job applications
When you apply for a job listing through our Careers page, we collect the information you provide as part of your application, which includes your name, contact details, CV/résumé, and a short bio description.
Technical information
Our website is built on WordPress and uses RankMath for search engine optimisation. Standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may be generated automatically as part of normal website operation and security monitoring. We do not currently use any third-party web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) on this Site.
How We Use Your Personal Data
We use the personal data described above only for the purposes for which it was collected, namely:
- To respond to enquiries and messages submitted through the Contact form,
- To assess and process job applications submitted through the Careers page, including contacting applicants regarding their application and recruitment process,
- To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Site, and
- To comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations.
We do not use the personal data we collect through the Site for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the reason it was submitted.
Data Retention
We retain personal data submitted through the Site only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Job applications and CVs are retained for the duration of the recruitment process. Selected CVs will be kept throughout the employee's time with us.

This Site may use essential cookies required for core website functionality, such as form submission and security. As we do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, no tracking or behavioural profiling is performed through cookies on this Site. Should this change, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
